We are Ascharya Sharma, Einar Bjarni Hermannsson, Luisa Caporalini, and Ola Tabasha. Four zealous individuals from diverse backgrounds joined by the collective passion for the building industry and the predilection for a good challenge.
By pure coincidence, the four of us met on the first day of the official kickoff of Construction Management and Engineering (CME) master program at TU Delft. We hit it off immediately. Asch from India is the wild one that keeps it fun, Einar from Iceland is the glue that holds the group together, Luisa from Italy is the heart that inspires us, and Ola from Syria is the responsible one that keeps us in check. Our collective background includes civil and industrial engineering, architecture, and project management along with real-life experience in building design, construction, and infrastructure projects. Having completed the required academic courses of CME, the IPMA presents a great opportunity to put our acquired knowledge to use and test the limits of our friendship further. We look forward to meeting like-minded people and further expand our management experience, translation: WE’RE HERE TO ACE IT.
