Using a simple, minimalist system is a good idea for most projects. A normal person without superpowers can implement and use it, and the rest of the team and the external stakeholders can also understand and work with it. P3.express is such a system: a minimalist project management system that is easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to teach. It’s also non-proprietary and free.
We’ll have a quick look at P3.express in this session, which will give you a complete, yet high-level image of how it works. Following that, I’ll introduce the various resources you can use to learn more about it, which are all free. By investing a day or two of your time, you’ll be ready to have a complete, effective management system for your projects.

Nader started working with projects about 24 years ago: first, as a project planner in construction projects, and then moving to large process-plant projects. In parallel, Nader was also involved in IT projects and startups.
